Interior Designer – Bahrain
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and functional requirements.
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
- Select furniture, lighting, color schemes, materials, and finishes to match the client’s vision.
- Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure high-quality project execution.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay updated with design trends, new materials, and industry innovations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer.
- Proven portfolio showcasing completed residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.

الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث عن مصمم داخلي موهوب ومبدع لديه شغف بتحويل المساحات إلى تصاميم متميزة. إذا كنت تمتلك خبرة في تصميم الديكورات الداخلية السكنية أو التجارية، وترغب في تطوير مسيرتك المهنية، نود سماع منك!
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التعاون مع العملاء لفهم تفضيلاتهم ومتطلباتهم الوظيفية في التصميم.
- ابتكار مفاهيم وتصاميم داخلية إبداعية، وإنشاء لوحات الأفكار والمخططات.
- اختيار الأثاث، والإضاءة، والألوان، والمواد، والتشطيبات بما يتماشى مع رؤية العميل.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع التصميم من الفكرة إلى الاكتمال، مع ضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد والميزانية.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والمهندسين المعماريين والموردين لضمان جودة التنفيذ.
- إدارة مشاريع التصميم المتعددة مع الحفاظ على الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات في التصميم والمواد الجديدة والابتكارات في الصناعة.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات كمصمم داخلي محترف.
- سجل أعمال (بورتفوليو) يثبت نجاح مشاريع سكنية أو تجارية مكتملة.
- إتقان برامج التصميم مثل AutoCAD وSketchUp وAdobe Creative Suite.
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات عامة ممتازة للعمل بفعالية مع العملاء والفرق.
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع مع القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- شهادة أو دبلوم في التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- المعرفة بقوانين البناء المحلية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
