The ideal candidate should be able to perform all kitchen duties, including food prep, organization, and cleaning, while maintaining a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling dishes.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness by regularly cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Help organize and maintain food storage areas, following proper food safety protocols.
- Support team members and work collaboratively to meet the needs of the kitchen during busy shifts.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of staff and customers.
- Be flexible and willing to assist in other tasks as needed, such as catering or special events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and basic cooking techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take on various kitchen responsibilities.
