About the Job
Shafiq Glass & Aluminum in Bahrain is looking for an Aluminum Factory Supervisor to join their team at the aluminum factory. If you have experience in aluminum manufacturing and strong supervisory skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and organize daily operations in the aluminum factory.
- Ensure quality and compliance with standards in all production processes.
- Supervise the team and allocate tasks.
- Manage logistics operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Ensure workplace safety and enforce appropriate safety procedures.
- Provide regular reports to management on the factory's operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in supervising aluminum factories or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إشراف وتنظيم العمليات اليومية في مصنع الألومنيوم.
- ضمان الجودة والامتثال للمعايير في كافة عمليات الإنتاج.
- الإشراف على فريق العمل وتوزيع المهام.
- إدارة العمليات اللوجستية لضمان سير العمل بفعالية وكفاءة.
- ضمان سلامة بيئة العمل وتطبيق إجراءات السلامة المناسبة.
- تقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة حول سير العمل في المصنع.
المتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في الإشراف على مصانع الألومنيوم أو في صناعة مماثلة.
- مهارات قيادة وتنظيم قوية.
- القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات بسرعة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
