A leading Rent A Car Company in Bahrain is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Rental Sales Agents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, always providing exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate rental vehicles and services.
- Answer customer inquiries about rental options, rates, vehicle availability, and rental policies.
- Process rental reservations, agreements, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update rental records in the system.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Assist customers with returns, future reservations, and any other requirements or concerns.
- Help customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs and ensure a seamless rental experience.
Qualifications:
- Degree with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Maintains high customer service standards, always being positive and outgoing.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in a sales position is preferred.
- Required: Valid Bahrain driver’s license.

شركة تأجير سيارات رائدة في البحرين تبحث عن أفراد ديناميكيين و محفزين للانضمام إلى فريقنا كـ موظفي مبيعات تأجير سيارات.
المسؤوليات:
- استقبال ومساعدة العملاء بطريقة ودية واحترافية، مع تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية لبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد وضمان ولاء العملاء.
- تقييم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم السيارات والخدمات المناسبة.
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء حول خيارات التأجير، الأسعار، توفر السيارات، وسياسات التأجير.
- معالجة حجوزات التأجير، الاتفاقيات، والعقود بدقة وكفاءة.
- الحفاظ على تحديث سجلات التأجير في النظام.
- التعامل مع المدفوعات النقدية و بطاقات الائتمان وتسوية المعاملات اليومية.
- مساعدة العملاء في إرجاع السيارات، الحجوزات المستقبلية، وأي احتياجات أو مخاوف أخرى قد تكون لديهم.
- مساعدة العملاء في العثور على السيارة المثالية لاحتياجاتهم وضمان تجربة تأجير سلسة.
المؤهلات:
- درجة علمية مع مهارات ممتازة في التواصل و خدمة العملاء.
- الحفاظ على معايير خدمة العملاء العالية، دائمًا بموقف إيجابي و منفتح.
- العمل ضمن فريق، مرن، ومستعد للتعلم.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مبيعات.
- مطلوب: رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية.
