المسؤوليات:
- الإشراف وإدارة قسم المحاسبة.
- ضمان دقة وجودة التقارير المالية في الوقت المحدد.
- إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية.
- إدارة عملية إعداد الميزانية والتوقعات المالية.
- الإشراف على الموظفين المحاسبين وتوجيههم.
- تنسيق التدقيقات وإعداد الإقرارات الضريبية.
- تحليل البيانات المالية لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص.
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير المالية للإدارة.
- تقييم الأداء المالي للشركة وأقسامها.
- تحديد وتقييم المخاطر المالية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات للتخفيف من المخاطر المالية.
- ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة المحاسبية والمعايير المالية.
- إنشاء والحفاظ على الرقابة الداخلية لحماية أصول الشركة وضمان دقة التقارير المالية.
- إجراء التدقيقات والمراجعات الداخلية.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية.
- شهادة CPA مفضلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6-8 سنوات في دور مشابه.
- معرفة قوية بالمبادئ والممارسات المحاسبية.
- إتقان برامج المحاسبة.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات ممتازة.
- مهارات قيادة وتواصل قوية.

- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Supervising and mentoring accounting staff.
- Coordinating audits and tax returns.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to management.
- Evaluating the financial performance of the company and its divisions.
- Identifying and assessing financial risks.
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conducting internal audits and reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
