Merchandiser
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create appealing and effective product displays to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure proper stock levels and visibility of products at all assigned locations.
• Implement and maintain attractive and effective product displays in line with company planograms.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and act on opportunities to improve product placement and promotion.
• Monitor product performance and provide regular reports on inventory, sales trends, and market insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with section supervisors and store managers.
Requirements
• Preferably Bahraini nationality to align with local market insights.
• Previous experience in merchandising or retail, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Good communication skills. Capable to communicate in English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between retail locations as needed.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
• ضمان مستويات المخزون المناسبة ورؤية المنتجات في جميع المواقع المحددة.
• تنفيذ وصيانة عروض منتجات جذابة وفعالة بما يتماشى مع خطط الشركة.
• التعاون مع فرق المبيعات لتحديد فرص تحسين وضع المنتجات والعروض الترويجية والعمل عليها.
• مراقبة أداء المنتجات وتقديم تقارير دورية حول المخزون، واتجاهات المبيعات، ورؤى السوق.
• بناء علاقات قوية مع مشرفي الأقسام ومديري المتاجر والحفاظ عليها.
المتطلبات
• يفضل أن يكون بحريني الجنسية للتوافق مع رؤى السوق المحلية.
• خبرة سابقة في مجال التسويق أو البيع بالتجزئة، ويفضل في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة.
• مهارات تواصل جيدة، والقدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
• رخصة قيادة سارية واستعداد للتنقل بين مواقع البيع بالتجزئة حسب الحاجة.
