Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Corporate M&A Lawyer to support a prominent organisation based in the Middle East. This role involves delivering high-quality legal advice across a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex agreements, advising on M&A transactions and regulatory compliance, and contributing to the organisation’s strategic initiatives. The role offers a balance of flexibility and hands-on involvement to support the company’s legal and commercial objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Arabic fluency is a must, with strong communication skills in spoken Arabic. Drafting would be advantageous.
- Qualified lawyer admitted in a recognised international jurisdiction.
- Extensive experience with a leading international law firm or in-house legal team. Corporate M&A experience is essential.
- Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with experience in drafting legal documents considered a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations in the Middle East, particularly in the corporate and commercial context, is highly desirable.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a full-time role.
- Relevant legal qualification (e.g., LL.B., J.D.) or equivalent.

- خبرة في الاندماجات والاستحواذات، وحوكمة الشركات، والامتثال التنظيمي.
- مهارات قوية في الكتابة، والتفاوض، والتحليل، مع خبرة في صياغة الوثائق القانونية تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
- معرفة بالقوانين واللوائح في الشرق الأوسط، وخاصة في السياق الشركاتي والتجاري، مرغوب فيها بشدة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الأولويات المتعددة بفعالية في دور بدوام كامل.
- مؤهل قانوني مناسب (مثل LL.B، J.D.) أو ما يعادله.
