Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate project estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of tender bids and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor market trends and adjust cost estimates accordingly.

Requirements

• Civil Engineering Graduate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Bahrain.
• Currently employed in Bahrain.
• Strong experience in estimating for construction projects.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية

• إعداد وتقييم تقديرات التكلفة للمشاريع الإنشائية.
• تحليل المخططات والرسومات والمواصفات لتطوير تقديرات دقيقة للمشاريع.
• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين لضمان حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
• المساعدة في إعداد العطاءات والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
• مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وتعديل تقديرات التكلفة وفقًا لذلك.

الشروط

• خريج هندسة مدنية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في البحرين.
• العمل حاليًا في البحرين.
• خبرة قوية في تقدير تكاليف المشاريع الإنشائية.
• مهارات تحليلية وتواصل قوية.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
