Job Responsibilities
Client Consultation
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial considerations.
- Assess and analyze clients' property requirements and financial capabilities.
Property Listings
- Create and maintain accurate and compelling property listings.
- Use various marketing channels to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
Market Research
- Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
- Provide clients with market analysis reports to help them make informed decisions.
Property Showings
- Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers or tenants.
- Highlight property features and benefits, addressing client questions and concerns.
Negotiation
- Negotiate sale or rental agreements on behalf of clients.
- Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Documentation and Legal Compliance
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
Client Communication
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on property transactions and market changes.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Networking
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including other real estate professionals, lenders, and legal professionals.
- Attend networking events to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
Professional Development
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and technologies.
- Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Compensation
- Offering competitive compensation (Basic Salary + Commission + Bonus + Insurance + Visa + Ticket, etc.)
Requirements
- Full-time position required.
- Minimum of one year's real estate experience required.
- Proficient in Marketing Tools (Social Media).
- Driving License and Own Car is a must.

- تقييم وتحليل متطلبات العملاء العقارية وقدراتهم المالية.
قوائم العقارات
- إنشاء والحفاظ على قوائم عقارية دقيقة وجذابة.
- استخدام قنوات التسويق المختلفة للترويج للعقارات وجذب المشترين أو المستأجرين المحتملين.
بحث السوق
- متابعة أحدث اتجاهات السوق وقيم العقارات وتطورات الأحياء.
- تقديم تقارير تحليلية للسوق للعملاء لمساعدتهم في اتخاذ قرارات مدروسة.
عرض العقارات
- جدولة وإجراء عروض عقارية للمشترين أو المستأجرين المحتملين.
- تسليط الضوء على ميزات العقارات وفوائدها، والإجابة على استفسارات العملاء واهتماماتهم.
التفاوض
- التفاوض بشأن اتفاقيات البيع أو الإيجار نيابة عن العملاء.
- تسهيل الاتصال بين البائعين والمشترين للوصول إلى اتفاقيات مفيدة للطرفين.
التوثيق والامتثال القانوني
- إعداد ومراجعة العقود والإيجارات والوثائق القانونية الأخرى.
- ضمان الامتثال لقوانين وتنظيمات العقارات.
التواصل مع العملاء
- الحفاظ على التواصل المنتظم مع العملاء وتقديم التحديثات حول المعاملات العقارية والتغيرات في السوق.
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء واهتماماتهم بشكل سريع ومهني.
التواصل الشبكي
- بناء وصيانة شبكة من جهات الاتصال في صناعة العقارات، بما في ذلك المحترفين الآخرين في العقارات، والمقرضين، والمحامين.
- حضور الفعاليات الشبكية لزيادة الرؤية وجذب العملاء المحتملين.
التطوير المهني
- متابعة أفضل الممارسات في الصناعة والتشريعات والتقنيات الحديثة.
- متابعة التعليم والتدريب المستمر لتطوير المهارات والمعرفة.
التعويضات
- تقديم تعويضات تنافسية (الراتب الأساسي + العمولة + المكافآت + التأمين + التأشيرة + التذاكر، إلخ).
المتطلبات
- مطلوب وظيفة بدوام كامل.
- مطلوب خبرة لا تقل عن عام في العقارات.
- إجادة أدوات التسويق (وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي).
- رخصة قيادة وامتلاك سيارة أمر ضروري.
