Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced chef to join our catering team, specializing in creating and arranging exquisite buffets. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in preparing and presenting a full range of buffet dishes, as well as the ability to decorate buffets to enhance the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of buffet-style dishes.
- Design and arrange buffets with attention to detail, ensuring visual appeal and food presentation.
- Manage buffet setups, including proper food handling, temperature control, and display.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in buffet-style catering or high-volume kitchen operations.
- Strong knowledge of buffet preparation, arrangement, and decoration techniques.
- Excellent culinary skills and creativity.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
