🎬 Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for information security within the assigned business, advocating for the security control needs of the business while aligning with the company's security initiatives.
- Stay informed about the company’s technical controls and advocate for the security controls required by the assigned business, ensuring compatibility with the company's technical capabilities.
- Promote corporate security awareness activities and implement tailored security awareness programs for the assigned business, considering local language and cultural nuances.
- Advocate for and evangelize the company’s IT Security Policies and Standards. Advise
- stakeholders on alternatives to security deviations, such as compensating controls, and assist in navigating the policy deviation process.

🎬 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the startup of new and existing projects/production jobs, focusing on optimizing cost, efficiency, and quality.
- Maintain process control and appropriate documentation throughout the production process.
- Monitor the assembly/molding process in production, troubleshooting problems and resolving quality issues.
- Establish detailed processes for new product lines, document product development and changes, evaluate new product performance, and monitor new tool design.
- Resolve complex problems in new systems, tooling, and automation.
- Design experiments to enhance processes, improve yields, and reduce cycle times through efficient setup.
- Lead major maintenance changes in process improvements, proposing or specifying alterations in automation, while maintaining necessary documentation.
