SOC Manager – LogRhythm SIEM

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Security Operations Center (SOC) using LogRhythm SIEM.
Establish, enforce, and continuously improve SOC policies, procedures, playbooks, and operational standards in line with industry best practices.
Ensure 24x7 security monitoring, timely detection, investigation, and response to security incidents across customer and internal environments.
Serve as the primary escalation point for high severity and complex security incidents.
Oversee LogRhythm SIEM architecture, administration, tuning, upgrades, and overall platform health and performance.
Lead SIEM use case development, correlation rule optimization, and continuous reduction of false positives.
Manage log source onboarding, data quality, retention, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Direct and manage the full incident response lifecycle, including root cause analysis and post-incident reporting.
Lead, mentor, and develop SOC personnel (L1/L2/L3), including performance management and succession planning.
Ensure effective shift scheduling, resource planning, and workload distribution.
Monitor compliance with SLAs, KPIs, internal controls, and customer contractual obligations.
Prepare and deliver operational, technical, and executive reports on SOC performance, incidents, and risk trends.
Act as a trusted security advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5–8+ years of experience in Security Operations or SOC environments.
3+ years of hands-on experience with LogRhythm SIEM.
2–4+ years in a supervisory or managerial SOC role.
Experience in Managed Security Services (MSS) or multi-tenant SOC environments preferred.

المهام الوظيفية:
تقديم القيادة الاستراتيجية والإشراف التشغيلي على مركز عمليات الأمن (SOC) باستخدام LogRhythm SIEM.
إنشاء وتطبيق وتحسين سياسات وإجراءات ومخططات العمل ومعايير التشغيل في المركز بما يتماشى مع أفضل الممارسات.
ضمان المراقبة الأمنية على مدار 24 ساعة واكتشاف الحوادث الأمنية والتحقيق فيها والاستجابة لها بسرعة.
العمل كنقطة تصعيد رئيسية للحوادث الأمنية المعقدة وعالية الخطورة.
الإشراف على بنية LogRhythm SIEM وإدارته وضبطه وترقياته وصحة أدائه.
قيادة تطوير حالات الاستخدام في SIEM، تحسين قواعد الارتباط، وتقليل الإنذارات الكاذبة.
إدارة مصادر السجلات، جودة البيانات، الاحتفاظ بها، وضمان الامتثال للعقود والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
إدارة دورة الاستجابة الكاملة للحوادث، بما في ذلك تحليل السبب الجذري وإعداد تقارير ما بعد الحوادث.
قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فرق SOC (L1/L2/L3)، بما في ذلك إدارة الأداء وخطط التدريب والتخطيط للخلافة.
ضمان جدولة المناوبات بفعالية، وتخطيط الموارد، وتوزيع عبء العمل.
مراقبة الالتزام باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs)، ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، والضوابط الداخلية، والتزامات العقود مع العملاء.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير تشغيلية وتقنية وتنفيذية حول أداء المركز والحوادث واتجاهات المخاطر.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشح:
بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
5–8 سنوات خبرة في عمليات الأمن أو بيئات SOC.
3+ سنوات خبرة عملية في استخدام LogRhythm SIEM.
2–4 سنوات خبرة إشرافية أو إدارية في SOC.
يفضل خبرة في خدمات الأمن المدارة (MSS) أو بيئات SOC متعددة العملاء.
