Job Description: We are urgently hiring a Cost Controller for a full-time position in Bahrain. As a Cost Controller, your key responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing costs across various hotel operations, such as food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance. You will ensure adherence to the hotel's budget and financial targets, while preparing regular cost reports and providing insights to senior management. You will work closely with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency. Additionally, you will implement and maintain inventory controls to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in cost control, accounting, or financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and financial software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.

ما نبحث عنه:
- خبرة مثبتة في مراقبة التكاليف أو المحاسبة أو الإدارة المالية، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة الضيافة.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- معرفة بتشغيل الفنادق وبرامج المالية.
- مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي ممتازة.
- دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- درجة في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة هي ميزة إضافية.
