About the Job
We are urgently hiring experienced IATA staff for our travel and tours company. If you have at least 2 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operator, with expertise in ticketing, reservations, and customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of Bahrain’s travel destinations, culture, and tourism offerings.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for managing ticketing and reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth travel bookings. Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly preferred. Your communication and problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in handling client inquiries and complaints, while your attention to detail will ensure accurate bookings and itineraries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ticketing and reservations for clients, ensuring efficient and accurate bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Work with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to manage bookings.
- Maintain strong attention to detail when handling complex travel itineraries.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a travel agency or tour operator, with a focus on ticketing, reservations, and customer service.
- Familiarity with Bahrain’s travel destinations and tourism offerings.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle complex travel bookings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

المؤهلات والخبرة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في وكالة سفر أو مشغل سياحي، مع تركيز على الحجز والتذاكر وخدمة العملاء.
- إلمام بوجهات البحرين السياحية وعروضها.
- إلمام بأنظمة توزيع عالمية (Amadeus، Sabre، Galileo) يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- معرفة لغات إضافية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة ومعالجة حجوزات السفر المعقدة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على التكيف مع بيئات العمل المتغيرة.
