الوصف: نحن نبحث عن مساح كميات ماهر وموثوق وفعال للانضمام إلى منظمتنا المتنامية.
المؤهلات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في مسح الكميات، هندسة البناء أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- يجب أن يكون لديك رخصة CRPEP.
- 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في تقدير التكاليف الإنشائية أو الخبرة في مجال البناء أو أي مجال ذي صلة. (في البحرين)
- إجادة مهارات الحاسوب.
- القدرة على تحليل السجلات المالية واستخدام البيانات لتحسين النتائج.
- قدرة قوية على التعامل مع الأرقام، الجداول المالية وتقارير المال.
- خبرة في إعداد ومتابعة الميزانية الصارمة مع مهارات تقدير وتحليل مالي قوية.
- معرفة عميقة بمواد البناء، التسعير والصناعة.
- القدرة على تحليل المشاكل ووضع استراتيجيات لحلول أفضل.
- التوظيف محلي فقط (يجب أن تكون في البحرين).

Quantity Surveyor Job in Bahrain
Description: We are hiring a skilled, reliable, and efficient Quantity Surveyor to join our growing organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- CRPEP License required.
- 3-5 years of experience in general construction estimating, construction experience, or related field (In Bahrain).
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Ability to analyze financial records and apply data to improve results.
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
- Experience in compiling and following strict budgets, strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
- In-depth understanding of construction materials, pricing, and the industry.
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- LOCAL HIRING ONLY (Must be in Bahrain).
