Position: Scrum Master
Location: Europe, Middle East, and Asia
Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Mid-level
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.
- ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional ScrumMaster (PSM) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with an Agile mindset.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure teams remain focused and productive.
- Remove Impediments: Act as a shield for the team, identifying and resolving blockers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Team Coaching: Guide teams in Agile principles, helping them embrace practices like self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on priorities.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track team performance through metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and provide insights to improve delivery cycles.
- Promote a Collaborative Culture: Encourage transparency, trust, and a positive working environment to foster innovation and creativity.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and recommend tailored Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
