Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Dishwasher cum Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as performing general cleaning tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the clean and efficient operation of our restaurant and bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure all items are clean and stored properly after washing.
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and equipment.

• Cleaning:

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and walls.
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Empty and clean trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.

• Support:

  • Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the availability of clean dishes and utensils for the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

• Safety and Hygiene:

  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that cleaning products are used safely and stored properly.
  • Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
