About the job

• We are seeking a highly experienced Estimation Manager to join a leading main contractor in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be Western-educated and have a proven track record of working with contractors on large-scale build projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead the estimation team in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Analyse tender documents, specifications, and drawings to assess project requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with project and commercial teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

 Requirements

•  Western education, preferably with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimation roles with contractors.
• Extensive experience in large-scale build projects such as commercial buildings, residential developments, or mixed-use facilities.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software.

• نحن نبحث عن مدير تقدير يتمتع بخبرة عالية للانضمام إلى أحد المقاولين الرئيسيين الرائدين في البحرين. المرشح المثالي سيكون حاصلًا على تعليم غربي ولديه سجل حافل بالعمل مع المقاولين في مشاريع البناء واسعة النطاق.

 

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

•  قيادة فريق التقدير في إعداد تقديرات التكلفة التفصيلية والدقيقة.
• تحليل وثائق العطاءات والمواصفات والرسومات لتقييم متطلبات المشروع.
• تطوير والحفاظ على العلاقات مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن للحصول على أسعار تنافسية.
• التعاون مع فرق المشروع والفرق التجارية لضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع.

 متطلبات

•  تعليم غربي، ويفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• حد أدنى 10 سنوات من الخبرة في أدوار التقدير مع المقاولين.
• خبرة واسعة في مشاريع البناء واسعة النطاق مثل المباني التجارية أو المشاريع السكنية أو المرافق متعددة الاستخدامات.
• مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وتواصلية قوية.
• الكفاءة في استخدام برامج التقدير القياسية في الصناعة.
