Job Title: Production Control Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of sportswear products.
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supply for production needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and quality assurance, to optimize production efficiency.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement in processes and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in production control or manufacturing, preferably in the apparel or sportswear industry.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

المسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على عملية الإنتاج لضمان التصنيع الفعّال والموعد المحدد لمنتجات الملابس الرياضية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ جداول الإنتاج وعمليات سير العمل لتلبية احتياجات العملاء والمواعيد النهائية.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون من المواد الخام والمنتجات الجاهزة لضمان توفير الكميات اللازمة للاحتياجات الإنتاجية.
- التعاون مع الفرق المتعددة الوظائف، بما في ذلك التصميم والمبيعات وضمان الجودة، لتحسين كفاءة الإنتاج.
- تحليل بيانات الإنتاج وإعداد التقارير لتحديد مجالات التحسين في العمليات والإنتاجية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة في جميع الأنشطة الإنتاجية.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة في مراقبة الإنتاج أو التصنيع، ويفضل في صناعة الملابس أو الملابس الرياضية.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية قوية.
- إجادة استخدام برامج وأدوات تخطيط الإنتاج.
- مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
