Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers.

- Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

- تفسير وتنفيذ خطط ومواصفات البناء.
- الحفاظ على معايير السلامة وضمان الامتثال للوائح.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين من الباطن والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للموقع وحل أي مشكلات تنشأ.
- توفير التدريب والتوجيه لأعضاء الفريق الصغار.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كفورمان مدني.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات وتقنيات البناء المدني.
- مهارات قيادة واتصال ممتازة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والوثائق الإنشائية.
- إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة الإنشاءات.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والانتباه إلى التفاصيل.
