Job Description
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Studying project specifications, drawings, and relevant documents to understand project requirements
- Validating BOQ quantities and summarizing them
- System design as per tender requirements
- Visiting the site as per tender requirements
- Sending inquiries for compliance, preparing price comparison sheets
- Sourcing competitive pricing and quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparing material submittals, method statements, and ensuring compliance
- Preparing shop drawings and coordinating with other disciplines
- Selecting and installing mechanical services’ pipes & equipment as per ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC standards
- Monitoring ongoing mechanical installation work as per the project schedule
- Ensuring quality and safety of materials and installation works
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10-15 years of experience in MEP engineering in the construction industry
- Advantage if you have knowledge of tendering estimation
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to different systems and computation methods
- Holder of CRPEP License Grade A/B

بصفتك مهندسًا ميكانيكيًا، ستكون مسؤولاً عن:
- دراسة مواصفات المشروع والرسومات والوثائق ذات الصلة لفهم متطلبات المشروع
- التحقق من كميات الـBOQ وتلخيصها
- تصميم النظام وفقًا لمتطلبات العطاء
- زيارة الموقع حسب متطلبات العطاء
- إرسال الاستفسارات للحصول على الامتثال، وإعداد جدول مقارنة الأسعار
- الحصول على الأسعار التنافسية من الموردين والمقاولين الفرعيين
- إعداد تقديم المواد، بيانات طريقة العمل، وضمان الامتثال
- إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية والتنسيق مع التخصصات الأخرى
- اختيار وتركيب الأنابيب والمعدات الخاصة بالخدمات الميكانيكية وفقًا لمعايير ASHRAE، NFPA، IPC
- مراقبة أعمال التركيب الميكانيكي الجارية وفقًا لجدول المشروع
- ضمان جودة المواد وأعمال التركيب بما يتوافق مع برنامج البناء المعتمد/ معايير القبول/ المواصفات
المؤهلات
- درجة بكاليروس في الهندسة الميكانيكية
- 10-15 سنة من الخبرة في الهندسة الميكانيكية في صناعة البناء
- ميزة إذا كانت لديك معرفة في تقدير العطاءات
- إجادة التكنولوجيا والقدرة على التكيف مع الأنظمة وطرق الحساب
- حائز على رخصة CRPEP من الدرجة A/B
