Our client, a leading Food & Beverages company known for its high-quality products and commitment to sustainability, is seeking a Junior Product/Brand Manager to oversee the development and management of products at their state-of-the-art production facility.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving growth and innovation in the food sector.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management:
- Develop and manage the product portfolio, including new product launches.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure product quality and innovation.
Marketing:
- Create and execute product marketing strategies to drive sales and market share.
Performance Monitoring:

يبحث عميلنا، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات والمعروفة بمنتجاتها عالية الجودة والتزامها بالاستدامة، عن مدير منتجات مبتدئ للمساعدة في إدارة وتطوير المنتجات في منشأة الإنتاج الحديثة التابعة لها.
هذه الوظيفة مثالية لشخص شغوف بدفع النمو والابتكار في قطاع الأغذية.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
إدارة المنتجات:
- تطوير وإدارة محفظة المنتجات، بما في ذلك إطلاق منتجات جديدة.
تحليل السوق:
- إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد احتياجات العملاء واتجاهات الصناعة.
التنسيق بين الفرق:
- التعاون مع فرق البحث والتطوير (R&D)، والإنتاج، والتسويق لضمان جودة المنتجات وابتكارها.
التسويق:
- إنشاء وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويق المنتجات لزيادة المبيعات وحصة السوق.
تحليل الأداء:
