Available Position

Sales Manager (FMCG)

Location: Manama, Bahrain
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business goals.
• Oversee and optimize the product distribution process to ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Build relationships with key clients and identify their needs.
• Track sales metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct monthly sales planning and forecasting, considering product shelf life.
• Manage sales channels effectively to optimize results.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the FMCG sector.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driving license in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• Language: Proficiency in Arabic (preferred).

مدير مبيعات (FMCG)

المهام الوظيفية:

• تطوير وتنفيذ خطط واستراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الأعمال.
• الإشراف على عملية توزيع المنتجات لضمان توافرها ورؤيتها في السوق.
• إدارة وتوجيه فريق المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين وفهم احتياجاتهم.
• متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وإجراء مراجعات دورية للأداء.
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الموكلة.

• سجل مثبت في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
• مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات وتنظيمية قوية.
• مهارات قيادية واتصال ممتازة.
• رخصة قيادة سارية في مملكة البحرين.
• اللغة: إجادة اللغة العربية (مفضل)
