Location: Manama, Bahrain

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Expand the customer base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
• Ensure proper placement and visibility of products at customer outlets.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure accurate stock management.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Manager.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on promotional initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in van sales or FMCG sales.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• License: Valid driving license in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• Language: Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

• إجراء فحوصات يومية للمخزون وضمان إدارة دقيقة له.
• مراقبة أداء المبيعات وتقديم تقارير دورية للمدير.
• التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق في المبادرات الترويجية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• التعليم: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مبيعات الفان أو مبيعات FMCG.
• المهارات:

  • موجه نحو المبيعات ويتمتع بعقلية تركز على العميل.

• الرخصة: رخصة قيادة سارية في مملكة البحرين.
