Microsoft Infrastructure Consultant

Location: Manama, Bahrain
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Key Responsibilities
Server Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022).
- Administer core Windows Server services such as DNS, DHCP, and other critical roles.
- Manage Windows patches and OS upgrades, ensuring stability and compatibility.
- Monitor server performance to ensure high availability and uptime.
Active Directory & User Management:
- Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, and user access controls.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
Microsoft Exchange & Cloud Technologies:
- Handle on-premises Microsoft Exchange operations.
- Work with Office 365 (O365), Microsoft 365 (M365), and Azure cloud technologies.
Security and Troubleshooting:
- Apply and maintain security configurations, including firewall rules and VPN setups.
- Troubleshoot server and client issues, providing Level 2/3 support.
Automation & Optimization:
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting for operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Microsoft Infrastructure and cloud technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange, O365, M365).
- Familiarity with Azure cloud technologies; AWS exposure is a plus.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
Certifications:
- Mandatory: MCSA Certification.
- Desirable: Additional Microsoft certifications.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
إدارة الخوادم:
- تثبيت وتكوين وصيانة أنظمة تشغيل Windows Server (2016، 2019، 2022).
- إدارة خدمات خادم Windows الأساسية مثل DNS وDHCP والأدوار الأخرى.
- إدارة ترقيات نظام التشغيل والتأكد من استقراره بعد التحديثات.
- مراقبة أداء الخوادم لضمان توافر عالي.
إدارة Active Directory والمستخدمين:
