Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy distributed systems in the cloud, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Write modularized, clean, and maintainable code with a focus on readability and extensibility.
- Fix bugs and troubleshoot deficiencies in the system.
- Collaborate with the development team on application and infrastructure migrations, focusing on security, performance, and reliability.
- Work with SDET engineers to design efficient test suites with 90%+ test coverage.
- Assist the DevOps team in automating infrastructure as code and during large-scale migrations to AWS, ensuring high SLA availability.
- Contribute to application architecture design sessions for scalable and cost-effective services.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of .NET development experience with expertise in C# (both .NET Framework and .NET Core).
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience developing high-performance systems.
- Solid understanding of the full development cycle (Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment).
- Experience with caching systems (Redis/Elasticache) and design for high-scale services.
- Experience with ASP.NET and ASPX.
- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub actions), and CD pipelines.
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Coralogix, or similar).
- Experience with messaging layers (Kafka, AWS MSK, SQS).
- Experience in AWS cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience with Docker, understanding its limitations and troubleshooting.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- AWS certifications.
- Tech Lead experience in small teams (3-8 people).
- Experience in AWS Cloud services, such as ECS, API Gateway, S3, ELB, and Route 53.
- Experience with feature flags, low-downtime deployments, and load balancing.
- Experience with Couchbase, ElasticSearch, and Elasticache.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, Java, or Azure Cloud.
