Job Description and Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Drive regional sales targets and product qualifications.
- Understand and meet customer needs with tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers across functions and levels.
- Provide market insights for product portfolio enhancement.
- Support customer trials and product qualifications.
2. Management and Strategy:
- Manage the sales process with team collaboration.
- Stay updated on competitors and market trends.
- Represent Clariant at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the polyolefins industry, with a preference for polypropylene.

- Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in Arabic.

1. المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال:

- تطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء عبر مختلف الوظائف والمستويات.

2. الإدارة والاستراتيجيات:
- إدارة عملية المبيعات بالتعاون مع فريق الدعم.

المتطلبات الوظيفية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الكيمياء، الهندسة الكيميائية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المبيعات، ويفضل في مجال صناعة البولي أوليفينات.
- مهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على العمل مع فرق متعددة الثقافات والتواصل الفعال.
- إجادة اللغة العربية.
