About the Job
A reputed construction company is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer for the Roads Division in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in road construction or related projects. Only candidates available for immediate joining will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities related to road construction and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure project execution aligns with timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Interpret and execute construction drawings, designs, and project plans.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation for project progress and site activities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in road construction or related projects.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate joining.
- Location: Manama
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience

شركة بناء معروفة تبحث عن مهندس موقع مؤهل ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى قسم الطرق في البحرين. يجب على المتقدم أن يكون لديه خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مشاريع الطرق أو المشاريع ذات الصلة. المتقدمين المتاحين للانضمام فورًا فقط سيُعتبرون.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع المتعلقة بمشاريع بناء وصيانة الطرق.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين، المتعهدين، وفرق العمل لضمان تنفيذ المشروع وفقًا للجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة.
- مراقبة تقدم العمل في الموقع وحل المشكلات الفنية وضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة.
- تفسير وتنفيذ الرسومات والتصاميم والخطط الهندسية للمشروع.
- إعداد التقارير والحفاظ على الوثائق المتعلقة بتقدم المشروع والنشاطات في الموقع.
المتطلبات
- التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية.
- الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مشاريع بناء الطرق أو المشاريع ذات الصلة.
- التوفر: يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحًا للانضمام فورًا.
- الموقع: المنامة
- الراتب: قابل للتفاوض بناءً على الخبرة
