Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer / Foreman to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring that work is completed according to the highest standards. This includes maintaining quality control, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and coordinating with various teams.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality control and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
2. Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration among team members. Excellent communication skills in Hindi are required.
3. Develop, implement, and monitor project plans and schedules, and prepare daily progress reports.
4. Arrange and oversee site inspections, coordinating effectively with consultants.
5. Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor to guarantee project requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid Bahrain License is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the interpretation of drawings.
• Proven experience of three years in civil engineering design and construction project management.
• Must be available to work in Bahrain.

Salary: 350 to 400 BD per month.

نبحث عن مهندس موقع مدني / فورمان ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في البحرين. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على مشاريع البناء وضمان إتمام العمل وفقًا لأعلى المعايير. يتضمن ذلك الحفاظ على مراقبة الجودة، وضمان الالتزام بلوائح السلامة، والتنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة.

تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. إجراء فحوصات روتينية للموقع للحفاظ على مراقبة الجودة وضمان الالتزام بلوائح السلامة.
2. قيادة وتنسيق فرق المشروع، وتعزيز التواصل الواضح والتعاون بين أعضاء الفريق. مطلوب مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الهندية.
3. تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة خطط المشروع والجداول الزمنية، وإعداد تقارير تقدم يومية.
4. ترتيب والإشراف على فحوصات الموقع، والتنسيق بفعالية مع الاستشاريين.
5. التعاون مع المهندسين والمقاولين من الباطن والعمال لضمان تلبية متطلبات المشروع.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• رخصة بحرينية سارية.
• إتقان برنامج AutoCAD وفهم الرسومات.
• خبرة مثبتة لمدة ثلاث سنوات في تصميم الهندسة المدنية وإدارة مشاريع البناء.
• يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحًا للعمل في البحرين.

الراتب: من 350 إلى 400 دينار بحريني شهريًا.
