Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager at BinRajab Business Group in Manama, Bahrain. The HR Manager will lead key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track passport, visa expirations, and manage renewals.
- Process payroll and maintain records for leave salaries, settlements, and air ticket encashments.
- Prepare and track reports (e.g., attendance, store incentive reports, and vacation monitoring).
- Manage OEC document preparation for the Philippine Embassy.
- Handle CPR issuance, renewals, and LMRA, GOSI, and TAMKEEN-related tasks.
Other Duties:
- Coordinate air ticket bookings and updates.
- Support administrative tasks like scanning, filing, and responding to emails.
- Conduct store visits to address employee concerns.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
