Job Summary:

As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Belden, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing regional targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness, influence decisions, and generate qualified leads for our (inside) sales team. This role reports to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager for the region.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute long-term campaign strategies aimed at influencing decision-making among new and existing customers. Oversee the entire process, from planning and launching to monitoring regional marketing campaigns.

• Content Creation: Identify content needs to support the campaign journey, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and targeting audiences effectively at the right stages of their buying journey.

• Regional Support: Manage the creation of region-specific materials to drive demand generation and support business growth.

• Collaboration and Consistency: Work closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, with consistency in branding, messaging, and processes.

• Audience Insights and ROI Optimization: Gain a deep understanding of audience behavior, analyze sales funnel performance, and collaborate with sales teams to address buyer intent. Implement procedures for campaign testing, reporting, and continuously improving ROI.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in the marketing field.
• Desired Abilities and Skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of online marketing and tools/programs such as Pardot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
