Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the gas plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Manage and optimize production processes, collaborating with engineering teams to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate plant performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee repair activities to minimize operational interruptions.

• Lead safety audits and training programs to cultivate a culture of safety among plant personnel.
• Develop and manage budgets for operational expenditures, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Engage with stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and local communities, to maintain positive relationships.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, providing insights on productivity and challenges.
• Train and mentor staff, fostering professional development and building a skilled workforce.
• Ensure adherence to quality control processes to maintain product standards and customer satisfaction.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in gas plant operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in process optimization and project management within the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements specific to gas operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Willingness to work in challenging environments and adapt to varying physical demands.
