About the Job
Main Objectives
- Enhance efficiency in operations by analyzing programs and maintaining data processing systems.
- Receive user requirements and develop customized applications to suit their needs. This includes:
- Program design
- Pseudo coding module charting
- Coding, testing, documenting
- Work estimating
- Execute assigned projects as per timelines and defined quality standards.
- Be available for stand-by and call-out duties as necessary.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the department head.
Main Duties
- Understand operational requirements and coordinate with various stakeholders to execute them efficiently.
- Initiate and execute end-to-end programming procedures in compliance with company standards, including:
- Preparing detailed module charts and pseudo code
- Creating input-output interface specifications, file layouts, screen and report formats, and documentation
- Conduct research and leverage studies/reports to assess the technical viability of data processing programs.
- Prepare tests for programs, audit results, analyze interface requirements, and correct errors in program logic.
- Review the latest software protocols and procedures, updating technical and operating manuals for software applications.
- Liaise with users across units to provide application support and resolve requirements in a timely manner.
- Develop program modules as per specifications with guidance from senior team members.
- Ensure effective project management by completing modules within specified timeframes.
- Monitor escalations, resolve queries to ensure uninterrupted operations, and refer issues to seniors when necessary.
- Monitor software efficiency by adhering to strict quality standards and procedures.
- Identify discrepancies or escalations, investigate, and report findings to seniors.
- Implement processes and policies related to the Software Development section to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and security standards through regular monitoring in line with QA requirements.
- Comply with company and airport authorities’ health, safety, and security regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science.
- Professional Degree/Diploma in Computer Applications.
- Professional certification in related software (Oracle is mandatory; additional certifications in SQL, Visual Studio, or C++ are advantageous).
- 2-3 years of experience in designing and implementing software applications.

الأهداف الرئيسية
- تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية من خلال تحليل البرامج وصيانة أنظمة معالجة البيانات.
- تلقي متطلبات المستخدم وتطوير تطبيقات مخصصة لتلبية احتياجاتهم، بما يشمل:
- تصميم البرامج
- إعداد الرسوم التخطيطية (Pseudo Code)
- كتابة الأكواد، الاختبار، التوثيق
- تقدير الأعمال
- تنفيذ المشاريع الموكلة حسب الجداول الزمنية والمعايير المحددة للجودة.
- التواجد للمهام الاحتياطية والتدخلات الطارئة عند الحاجة.
- أداء أي واجبات أخرى يُكلف بها من قبل رئيس القسم.
المهام الرئيسية
- فهم المتطلبات التشغيلية والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية لتنفيذها بكفاءة.
- تنفيذ إجراءات البرمجة من البداية إلى النهاية وفقًا لمعايير الشركة، بما في ذلك:
- إعداد الرسوم التخطيطية التفصيلية (Module Charts)
- إنشاء مواصفات المدخلات والمخرجات وتصميم الملفات والشاشات والتقارير والتوثيق
- إجراء البحوث والاستفادة من التقارير لتقييم الجدوى الفنية لبرامج معالجة البيانات.
- إعداد اختبارات للبرامج، تدقيق النتائج، تحليل متطلبات التفاعل مع الأجهزة، وتصحيح الأخطاء في منطق البرنامج
- مراجعة أحدث البروتوكولات والإجراءات البرمجية وتحديث الأدلة التقنية والتشغيلية للتطبيقات البرمجية.
- التنسيق مع المستخدمين في الوحدات المختلفة لتقديم الدعم وحل المتطلبات بشكل سريع.
- تطوير وحدات البرمجة حسب المواصفات بالتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الكبار.
- ضمان إدارة فعّالة للمشاريع من خلال إكمال الوحدات ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد.
- مراقبة التصعيدات وحل الاستفسارات لضمان استمرارية العمليات، وإحالة المشكلات للكبار عند الضرورة.
- مراقبة كفاءة التعامل مع البرمجيات عبر الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والإجراءات المحددة.
- تحديد أي تناقضات أو تصعيدات والتحقيق فيها وإبلاغ الكبار بالنتائج.
- تنفيذ العمليات والسياسات المتعلقة بقسم تطوير البرمجيات لضمان كفاءة تشغيل الوحدة.
- الحفاظ على معايير النظافة والأمان من خلال المراقبة المنتظمة بما يتماشى مع متطلبات ضمان الجودة.
- الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والأمن الخاصة بالشركة وسلطات المطار.
المتطلبات الدنيا
- شهادة جامعية في علوم الحاسب.
- شهادة مهنية أو دبلوم في تطبيقات الحاسوب.
- شهادة احترافية في البرمجيات ذات الصلة (Oracle ضرورية؛ وشهادات أخرى مثل SQL أو Visual Studio أو C++ ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في تصميم وتنفيذ التطبيقات البرمجية.
