SENIOR ANALYST - ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS
Main Objective
The Senior Analyst - Enterprise Systems will be responsible for supporting and managing projects for Gulf Air Group's enterprise systems. This includes, but is not limited to, Oracle Fusion, HCM, Finance, Purchasing, Oracle EBS HRMS, Oracle Apex applications, internally developed ASP.net applications, SharePoint applications, Power Automate, and Power Flow. The role requires ensuring the systems' optimal performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
Main Duties
- Providing technical and functional support for enterprise systems, ensuring their smooth operation.
- Managing and executing projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Developing and maintaining Oracle Apex applications and internally developed ASP.net applications.
- Administering and supporting SharePoint applications, Power Automate, and Power Flow solutions.
- Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across all enterprise systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
- Providing training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
- Documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and managing enterprise systems.

التعليم
