Hydroprocessing Technical Services Engineer (F/M)
Location: Bahrain (Axens Middle East)
Job Objective:
The Hydroprocessing Technical Services Engineer will provide post-start-up technical services and assistance to Axens licensed technology units and/or non-Axens licensed units running with Axens catalysts/adsorbents. This includes troubleshooting, performance monitoring, on-site support for start-ups, inspections, and catalyst/adsorbent loadings for process units.
Missions:
- Perform unit follow-up in close coordination with the dedicated Technical Services Group from HQ and Axens Middle East, and sales forecast/activity of the subsidiary.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and report to the Technical Services Group to aid decision-making.
- Provide technical expertise for catalyst/adsorbent change-outs where applicable.
- Offer feedback for improvements in designs and procedures based on field experiences.
- Analyze and monitor the performance of current operating units.
- Manage client interface during high-stress situations such as start-ups, turnarounds, and emergencies.
- Work closely with other members of the Technical Services Group to acquire a good knowledge of Axens processes.
- Fulfill the above responsibilities at the expected Axens standard.
- Promote, adhere to, and respect Quality standards in accordance with the Axens Headquarter Management Policy and QHSE objectives when on site.
Knowledge and Required Level:
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations in the field of petroleum refining or petrochemical.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and innovative approach.
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently for this role.

الهدف من الوظيفة:
سيقدم مهندس خدمات فنية في معالجة الهيدرو خدمات ما بعد بدء التشغيل والمساعدة للوحدات المرخصة من أكسنز أو الوحدات غير المرخصة التي تعمل بمحفزات/مواد امتصاص أكسنز. وتشمل هذه الخدمات حل المشكلات، مراقبة الأداء، الدعم الميداني لبدء التشغيل، والفحوصات، وتحميل المحفزات/المواد الامتصاصية لوحدات العمليات.
المهام:
- متابعة الوحدات بالتنسيق الوثيق مع مجموعة الخدمات الفنية المخصصة من المقر الرئيسي وأكسنز الشرق الأوسط.
- تقديم الدعم الفني وحل المشكلات وتقديم التقارير لمجموعة الخدمات الفنية للمساعدة في اتخاذ القرارات.
- تقديم الخبرة الفنية في تغيير المحفزات/المواد الامتصاصية حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
- تقديم الملاحظات لتحسين التصاميم والإجراءات بناءً على الخبرات الميدانية.

- إدارة واجهة العميل في حالات الضغط العالي مثل بدء التشغيل، والتحولات، والطوارئ.
- العمل عن كثب مع أعضاء آخرين في مجموعة الخدمات الفنية لاكتساب معرفة جيدة بعمليات أكسنز.
- الوفاء بالمسؤوليات الموضوعة وفقًا للمعايير المتوقعة من أكسنز.
- الترويج، والالتزام، واحترام معايير الجودة وفقًا لسياسة إدارة المقر الرئيسي لأكسنز وأهداف QHSE عند التواجد في الموقع.
المعرفة والمستوى المطلوب:
- درجة بكاليريوس أو درجة هندسة في الهندسة الكيميائية/الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.
