Vacant Positions:

 Job Title: Process Technology Engineer

Your Tasks:

• Oversee and improve production processes for increased efficiency and quality.
• Implement and manage process control systems to optimize production.
• Analyze process data and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new production technologies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Responsibilities:

• Conducts variable and attribute inspection of product characteristics in accordance with quality control procedures.
• Monitors the physical values regularly, comparing actual production values with set parameters and taking necessary actions to improve.
• Coordinates with the Production Shift Leader to address product quality issues and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Holds, downgrades, and rejects products that do not meet the quality standards.
• Monitors and checks labeling of tubes and packaging.
• Ensures proper operation and daily maintenance of assigned machines and equipment.
• Reports any abnormalities in printer, CTL, and QC laboratory equipment.
• Practices good housekeeping in operational areas.

Reporting:

• Prepares QC Inspection Reports and updates SAP working self-inspection showing the amount and nature of rejects, total good product, and rejections.
• Prepares the Daily Output Monitoring, Hold Item Monitoring, and Shrinkage Monitoring in a timely manner.
• Reports any abnormality in equipment and any safety incidents.
• Documents all necessary information in reports.

Communication:

• Assigns tasks and organizes work for product packers.
• Provides QC-related information to relevant departments.
• Informs the Shift Leader, line/extruder operator immediately when deviations or scrap occur.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

• Observes safe working procedures in accordance with HSE objectives.
• Maintains proper use and care of equipment and advises superiors on testing deviations.

WAM:

• Actively completes tasks for WAM activities and uses WAM tools for improvement.

Other Responsibilities:

• Other tasks as assigned related to operations and management requirements.

المسؤوليات:

• يجري فحصًا متغيرًا وسماتًا لخصائص المنتج وفقًا لإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
• مراقبة القيم المادية بانتظام، ومقارنة قيم الإنتاج الفعلية بالمعلمات المحددة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتحسينها.
• يتعاون مع قائد تحول الإنتاج لمعالجة مشكلات جودة المنتج والتأكد من تلبية متطلبات العملاء.
• يحجز ويخفض مستوى ويرفض المنتجات التي لا تلبي معايير الجودة.
• يقوم بمراقبة وفحص الملصقات الموجودة على الأنابيب والتعبئة والتغليف.
• ضمان التشغيل السليم والصيانة اليومية للآلات والمعدات المخصصة.
• يقوم بالإبلاغ عن أي خلل في الطابعة وأجهزة CTL ومعدات مختبر مراقبة الجودة.

التقارير:

• إعداد تقارير تفتيش مراقبة الجودة وتحديث نظام التفتيش الذاتي العامل بنظام SAP والذي يوضح كمية وطبيعة الرفض، وإجمالي المنتج الجيد، والرفض.
• يقوم بإعداد مراقبة الإنتاج اليومي ومراقبة العناصر المحتفظ بها ومراقبة الانكماش في الوقت المناسب.
• يقوم بالإبلاغ عن أي خلل في المعدات وأي حوادث تتعلق بالسلامة.
• توثيق كافة المعلومات الضرورية في التقارير.

تواصل:

• يقوم بتعيين المهام وتنظيم العمل لمعبئي المنتجات.
• توفير المعلومات المتعلقة بمراقبة الجودة للأقسام ذات الصلة.
• يقوم بإبلاغ رئيس التحول، ومشغل الخط/الطارد على الفور عند حدوث انحرافات أو خردة.
