الهدف من الوظيفة:
الوظيفة مسؤولة عن تطوير، تقديم، والتواصل المفاهيم البصرية لتعزيز العلامة التجارية والمنتجات والخدمات داخل المتاجر. كما أنها تشمل تدريب وقيادة فريق المتجر لتنفيذ عروض المنتجات البصرية التجارية وإدارة مهام العرض الأسبوعية والموسمية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- صورة العلامة التجارية: ضمان تحقيق هوية العلامة التجارية ومعايير تقديم العروض في النوافذ وفي المتجر بانتظام من خلال إنشاء عروض جذابة مع دمج الفرص التجارية للمبيعات.
- تطبيق معايير عرض المنتجات البصرية الخاصة بالعلامة التجارية.
- تنسيق العرض داخل المتجر بما يتماشى مع إرشادات واستراتيجية العلامة التجارية.
- تطوير خطط الطوابق وتعظيم التأثير البصري.
- ترتيب البضائع، اللوحات الإرشادية، التجهيزات، وتوجيه تخطيط المتجر الداخلي.
- التقاط صور لكل تغيير يتم في عرض البضائع.
- استخدام الإضاءة الإبداعية للنوافذ.

Position Objective:
The position is responsible for developing, delivering, and communicating visual concepts to promote the brand, products, and services in-store. It also includes training and coaching the store team to perform merchant-based visual merchandising (VP) and manage daily, weekly, and seasonal VP tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Image: Ensure that the brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in-store are consistently achieved by creating eye-catching displays while incorporating commercial sales opportunities.
- Implement the brand-specific visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
- Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.
- Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layout guide.
- Take photographs of every change made in the merchandise display.
- Make use of creative lighting for windows.
- Maximize placement of new lines and re-merchandise the store when new trends emerge.
- Create layouts of the store according to its categories.
- Ensure proper merchandising of the items.
- Collect reviews and feedback of the merchandise.
Other Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales.
- Collaborate with the VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
- Participate in the pre-opening of stores and ensure timely visits to ensure that the brand's standards are properly implemented and followed.
- Conduct research on current market trends and lifestyle.
Stock Coordinator

Position Objective
The position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing merchandise for use in the shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically to ensure accuracy of information.
- Inspect the quality of products and report discrepancies to the store manager/assistant store manager about damaged products.
- Classify and stock products in the stock room as per store procedures to ensure quick availability of the product.
- Tag newly arrived stock and/or return products as per the instruction of senior staff.
- Assist sales staff in replenishing stocks on shelves to ensure product availability at all times.
- Ensure awareness and vigilance of store security at all times without negligence.
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping.
- Be flexible to work extended hours during Sale/Festival periods.
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift heavy items.
- Record the inventory inward/outward and maintain the report.
- Check for missing price tags and report them.
- Ability to lift heavy weights (minimum of 10 kg).
- Assist during Stock Take processes.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for the efficient production of his/her section, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and storage.
Key Responsibilities
- Abide by the food standards in the kitchen.
- Organize the daily preparation of his/her section.
- Plan and organize the daily routine to meet the menu requirements.
- Conduct training for junior staff.
- Supervise and assist with the preparation of raw materials.
- Finish and present dishes for service.
- Determine the freshness of products used and store them properly according to established standards.
- Prepare special dishes as requested.
- Maintain food costs within the budget by controlling waste without compromising standards.
- Perform any other duties as may be allocated from time to time.
- Ensure the station is clean at all times, especially before leaving at the end of the shift.
Health, Safety, and Security
- Maintain the required standard of operational hygiene according to cleaning rotas at all times.
- Be aware of the restaurant policies and procedures related to health, hygiene, and fire life safety, ensuring your direct reports do the same.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and evacuation procedures.
Financial Management
- In assistance with the Restaurant Manager, work to achieve the budget by monitoring and controlling departmental operations, considering restaurant expenditure.
- Continuously control and analyze departmental costs to ensure performance against budget; implement corrective measures where necessary to produce positive business results.
