Who are we looking for?
The Commercial Director will play a pivotal role in leading our efforts to secure strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that elevate the value proposition of our expos and drive substantial revenue growth. This position is critical in establishing and nurturing strong alliances with businesses, brands, and industry influencers, thereby ensuring the triumphant execution and continual expansion of our expo events.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy to attract diverse sponsors and exhibitors in the Esports and gaming industry.
- Design tailored exhibition spaces and booth solutions for exhibitors.
- Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential sponsor organizations.
- Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals highlighting benefits like brand visibility and lead generation.
- Ensure seamless activation and execution of sponsorship agreements for maximum ROI.
- Work with Marketing, Events, and PR teams to align sponsorship initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential sponsors and partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling.
- Must have worked for international Esports/gaming exhibitions and Conferences.
- Must have experience working on high-revenue targets for the global market.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree would be a notable advantage.
- Exemplary communication, negotiation, and presentation proficiencies.
- Demonstrated track record in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Innate self-motivation, an unwavering commitment to producing results, and the ability to flourish within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

سيتولى المدير التجاري دورًا محوريًا في قيادة جهودنا لتأمين الشراكات الاستراتيجية وفرص الرعاية التي تعزز قيمة معارضنا وتسهم في نمو الإيرادات بشكل كبير. هذه الوظيفة أساسية في إنشاء ورعاية تحالفات قوية مع الشركات والعلامات التجارية والمؤثرين في الصناعة، مما يضمن التنفيذ الناجح والتوسع المستمر لفعاليات معارضنا.
الدور والمسؤوليات:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية شاملة لمبيعات الرعاية لجذب الرعاة والمعارض المتنوعة في صناعة الرياضات الإلكترونية والألعاب.
- تصميم مساحات عرض وحلول أكشاك مخصصة للعارضين.
- تحديد والبحث عن الرعاة المحتملين، العارضين، والمتعاونين.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مع صانعي القرار الرئيسيين في المنظمات التي قد تكون مهتمة بالرعاية.
- إنشاء مقترحات رعاية مقنعة ومخصصة تسلط الضوء على الفوائد مثل رؤية العلامة التجارية وتوليد العملاء المحتملين.
- ضمان التنفيذ السلس لعقود الرعاية لتحقيق أقصى عائد على الاستثمار.
- العمل مع فرق التسويق، الفعاليات، والعلاقات العامة لضمان توافق مبادرات الرعاية مع الاستراتيجيات التسويقية العامة.
- تمثيل المنظمة في الفعاليات والمؤتمرات الصناعية لبناء علاقات مع الرعاة والشركاء المحتملين.
المهارات والمؤهلات:
- 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في رعاية المعارض وبيع المساحات.
- يجب أن يكون قد عمل في معارض وفعاليات الرياضات الإلكترونية / الألعاب الدولية.
- يجب أن تكون لديه خبرة في العمل على أهداف إيرادات عالية للأسواق العالمية.
- حاصل على درجة بكالوريوس في الأعمال، التسويق، الاتصالات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة. يفضل حاملو درجة ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو درجة متقدمة.
- مهارات تواصل، تفاوض، وعرض ممتازة.
- سجل حافل في بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في الصناعة.
