Senior Accountant & Cost Controller | Almoayed Ventures
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing company MIS reports and annual audits.
- Analyzing food and beverage costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock management.
- Collaborating with purchasing and culinary teams to optimize procurement processes.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Preparing reports and presentations on cost analysis and budget performance.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in F&B cost control.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Bahrain’s F&B industry.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in Microsoft Navision (ideal but not mandatory).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إعداد تقارير نظم المعلومات الإدارية السنوية.
- تحليل تكاليف الطعام والشراب لتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتوفير التكاليف دون المساس بالجودة.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون وضمان إدارة دقيقة للمخزون.
- التعاون مع فرق الشراء والطهي لتحسين عمليات الشراء.
- إجراء تدقيقات منتظمة لضمان الامتثال للإجراءات المعتمدة.
- إعداد تقارير وعروض تقديمية عن تحليل التكاليف وأداء الميزانية.
- متابعة الاتجاهات الصناعية وأفضل الممارسات في مراقبة تكاليف F&B.
المتطلبات:
- معرفة ببرنامج Microsoft Dynamics Navision ستكون مفضلة.
- درجة بكاليروس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في صناعة المواد الغذائية والمشروبات في البحرين.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.
- إتقان استخدام MS Office، خاصة Excel.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
- خبرة في برنامج Microsoft Navision (مفضلة ولكن غير إلزامية).
