Content Designer
Must-Haves
- Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years or similar of dedicated experience writing or editing content for web and mobile applications.

Senior Product Designer
Responsibilities
- Designing high-fidelity user interfaces for consumer native mobile (Android & iOS) and web applications.
- Creating and delivering process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys, screen flows, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems for the development and other disciplines to follow.
- Collaborating and working closely with Senior Stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Content Designers, and Researchers.
- Creating animated motion graphics for the product(s), across platforms.
- Contributing to the creation of clear, compelling, and persuasive customer-facing copy.
- Continuously improving the overarching user experience.

Senior Product Manager
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To
- Work closely with the Director of Product and other team members in the department.
- Define, analyze, and optimize the KPIs to grow your Product area while measuring impact and reporting on progress.
- Apply product management best practices incorporating working backwards, thorough product discovery, and data insights to have a strong understanding of our users and identify new product opportunities.
- Own, prioritize, and manage a backlog with clear Product Requirements Documents while ensuring successful and high-quality product delivery.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Support, Growth, and other departments to gather insights from our users and suggest improvements.
- Understand the needs of users and convert them into requirements for the engineering team.
- Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision, goals, and priorities.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Identify and solve team, organizational, and business IT infrastructure problems.
- Make technical decisions on behalf of the department and organization while providing presentation support to leaders during technical discussions.
- Joint collaboration with Compliance, IT, People, and Security team members for improving automation efficiency, security posture, and vulnerability management.
- Designing and developing software that improves back office automation.
- Participate in the Global IT planning process and ensure architectural designs and principles are incorporated in enterprise implementations.
- Provide senior-level direction to the Information Technology team, assist with mentoring and providing technical guidance to more junior staff members.
