Responsibilities
• Overseeing and managing the accounting department.
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
• Managing the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Supervising and mentoring accounting staff.
• Coordinating audits and tax returns.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to management.
• Evaluating the financial performance of the company and its divisions.
• Identifying and assessing financial risks.
• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Conducting internal audits and reviews.
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
✔ CPA certification preferred.
✔ Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
✔ Proficiency in accounting software.
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills.

• إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية.
• تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية.
• إدارة عملية الميزانية والتوقعات.
• الإشراف والإرشاد للموظفين في قسم المحاسبة.
• تنسيق عمليات التدقيق والإقرارات الضريبية.
• تحليل البيانات المالية لاكتشاف الاتجاهات والفرص.
• إعداد وتقديم التقارير المالية للإدارة.
• تقييم الأداء المالي للشركة وأقسامها.
• تحديد وتقييم المخاطر المالية.
• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الحد من المخاطر.
• ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية والمعايير المحاسبية.
• تأسيس وصيانة ضوابط داخلية لحماية أصول الشركة وضمان التقارير المالية الدقيقة.
• إجراء عمليات التدقيق والمراجعات الداخلية.
المؤهلات
✔ درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية.
✔ يفضل شهادة CPA.
✔ خبرة لا تقل عن 6-8 سنوات في دور مشابه.
✔ معرفة قوية بالمبادئ والممارسات المحاسبية.
✔ إتقان برامج المحاسبة.
✔ مهارات تحليل وحل المشكلات ممتازة.
✔ مهارات قيادة واتصال قوية.
