Key Responsibilities:
- Job-Specific Financial Tracking:
- Record income and expenses for each fire and safety project (design, installation, maintenance).
- Maintain separate accounts for each project.
- Track client payments and allocate them to the respective projects.
- Daily Expense Management:
- Monitor job-related expenses including materials, labor, and operational costs.
- Ensure funds allocated for a project are used exclusively for its expenditures.
- Handle petty cash and maintain daily logs.
- Daily Income Reporting:
- Record daily income generated from services provided.
- Ensure timely deposits of client payments and maintain updated cash flow records.
- Reconciliation and Reporting:
- Perform daily reconciliations of job-specific accounts.
- Generate financial reports on job performance.
- Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Prepare micro-budgets for each fire and safety project.
- Provide recommendations to reduce expenses.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Assist in VAT filing and payments.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate budgeting and fund allocation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in project-based accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zohobooks, Excel).
- Knowledge of VAT and local compliance in Bahrain.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تتبع الأمور المالية الخاصة بكل مشروع:
- تسجيل الدخل والمصروفات لكل مشروع من مشاريع الحريق والسلامة (التصميم، التثبيت، الصيانة).
- الحفاظ على حسابات منفصلة لكل مشروع.
- تتبع مدفوعات العملاء وتخصيصها للمشاريع المعنية.
- إدارة المصاريف اليومية:
- مراقبة المصاريف المتعلقة بالمشروع مثل المواد والعمالة والتكاليف التشغيلية.
- ضمان استخدام الأموال المخصصة للمشروع فقط في نفقاته.
- التعامل مع النفقات اليومية والحفاظ على السجلات.
- إعداد تقارير الدخل اليومية:
- تسجيل الدخل اليومي الناتج عن الخدمات المقدمة.
- التأكد من إيداع مدفوعات العملاء في الوقت المحدد وتحديث سجلات التدفق النقدي.
- التسوية وإعداد التقارير:
- إجراء تسويات يومية للحسابات الخاصة بكل مشروع.
- إعداد تقارير مالية حول أداء المشروع.
- إعداد الميزانية والسيطرة على التكاليف:
- إعداد ميزانيات صغيرة لكل مشروع من مشاريع الحريق والسلامة.
- تقديم التوصيات لتقليل النفقات.
- الامتثال والتوثيق:
- التأكد من الامتثال للوائح المالية المحلية.
- المساعدة في تقديم تقارير ضريبة القيمة المضافة والدفع في الوقت المحدد.
- التواصل والتنسيق:
- التعاون مع الفرق لضمان دقة الميزانية وتخصيص الأموال.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والعملاء.
المؤهلات:
- شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في المحاسبة المرتبطة بالمشاريع.
- إلمام ببرامج المحاسبة (Zohobooks، Excel).
- معرفة بضريبة القيمة المضافة والامتثال المحلي في البحرين.
