Accountant Job in Bahrain
We are urgently hiring an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Food and Beverage business to join our Head Office in Adliya.

Description
We are looking for an Accountant to manage and oversee various financial operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Food and Beverage industry and a deep understanding of accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet at the end of the financial year (Finalization of Accounts).
- Prepare month-end closing reports, projected cash flow based on budget, monthly financial reports for each branch, cash flow statement, monthly cash flow actual report & projection, and aging report for AR/AP.
- Responsible for fixed assets register maintenance and inventory management.
- Manage accounts payable; validate invoices in the system and monitor payments as per agreed terms.
- Deposit revenues to respective banks.
- Control, maintain, and check revenue and expenses.
- Post accruals and prepayments in the system.
- Control and hold responsibility for inventory.
- Deal with external auditors for year-end audit reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Director.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an accountant (Bahrain experience preferred) with strong experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Advanced degree in Accounting.
- Knowledgeable about Bahrain Tax Law, accounting principles, and corporate finance procedures.
- Excellent user of accounting software, preferably Odoo.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- This position is for those with an F&B accounting background.

نبحث عن محاسب لإدارة والإشراف على العمليات المالية المختلفة. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بخبرة قوية في صناعة الأغذية والمشروبات وفهم عميق لعمليات المحاسبة.
المسؤوليات
- إعداد ميزان المراجعة، حسابات الأرباح والخسائر، والميزانية العمومية في نهاية السنة المالية (إغلاق الحسابات).
- إعداد تقارير إغلاق الشهر، والتدفقات النقدية المتوقعة بناءً على الميزانية، والتقارير المالية الشهرية لكل فرع، وتقارير التدفق النقدي الفعلي، وتقارير الحسابات المستحقة/الدائنة.
- مسؤول عن صيانة سجل الأصول الثابتة والمخزون.
- إدارة الحسابات المستحقة الدفع؛ التحقق من الفواتير في النظام ومراقبة المدفوعات وفقًا للشروط المتفق عليها.
- إيداع الإيرادات في البنوك المعنية.
- مراقبة والإشراف على الإيرادات والنفقات.
- تسجيل الاستحقاقات والمدفوعات المبدئية في النظام.
- السيطرة على المخزون وتحمل المسؤولية عن ذلك.
- التعامل مع المدققين الخارجيين لإعداد تقرير التدقيق السنوي.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى قد يُطلب من قبل المدير.
المتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمحاسب (يفضل الخبرة في البحرين) مع خبرة قوية في صناعة الأغذية والمشروبات.
- شهادة متقدمة في المحاسبة.
- معرفة بقانون الضرائب في البحرين ومبادئ المحاسبة والتمويل المؤسسي.
- إجادة استخدام أي برنامج محاسبي، ويفضل Odoo.
- اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل والقدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات السرية.
- هذه الوظيفة مخصصة لأولئك الذين لديهم خلفية محاسبية في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات.
