SALES EXECUTIVE - ELECTRICAL DIVISION
Description
A well-known trading company in Bahrain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our thriving Electrical Division. You'll play a key role in driving sales growth by leveraging your strong market knowledge and building strategic customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Bahraini retail market
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the electrical sector.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay current on industry trends and product advancements.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical sales or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of the Bahraini electrical retail market.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is a plus.

شركة تجارية معروفة في البحرين تبحث عن تنفيذي مبيعات ديناميكي وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى قسم الكهرباء المتنامي. ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في دفع نمو المبيعات من خلال الاستفادة من معرفتك القوية بالسوق وبناء علاقات استراتيجية مع العملاء.
المسؤوليات:
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين في السوق البحريني.
- تحديد وتحديد الفرص التجارية الجديدة في قطاع الكهرباء.
- إعداد مقترحات وعروض مبيعات مقنعة.
- التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات لتحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات.
- تقديم خدمة العملاء والدعم الاستثنائي.
- متابعة الاتجاهات الصناعية وتطورات المنتجات.
المؤهلات:
- 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في مبيعات الكهرباء أو في مجال ذو صلة.
- معرفة معمقة بسوق التجزئة الكهربائي في البحرين.
- القدرة المثبتة على بناء علاقات قوية وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
- العمل الجاد، والتحفيز الذاتي، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من الفريق.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
