• ربط الدروس بالتطبيقات الواقعية والمشاريع والأساليب التعليمية الحديثة

• تقييم أداء الطلاب ومتابعة تقدمهم بشكل منتظم

• التعاون مع الزملاء لتطوير المناهج ودعم التعليم المتكامل

• متابعة أحدث الممارسات التربوية والتقنيات التعليمية

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• ماجستير في التخصص المطلوب أو بكالوريوس مع دبلوم تربوي (B.Ed – إلزامي)

• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في التدريس المدرسي تعتبر ميزة

• إلمام قوي بالمادة الدراسية وحماس للتدريس

• مهارات تواصل وإدارة صف متميزة

• يفضّل من لديهم خبرة باستخدام أدوات وتقنيات التعليم الرقمي
