Civil Supervisor/Foreman – PTW Holder (Permit to Work by ALBA)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor/Foreman to oversee civil construction projects and ensure strict safety compliance. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of execution and workplace safety.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards
• Hold and manage Permit to Work (PTW) for all relevant tasks
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocol compliance

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in civil supervision
• Valid Permit to Work (PTW) certification by ALBA (proof required)
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English

 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف على مشاريع البناء المدني وإدارتها من البداية إلى النهاية
• التأكد من أن جميع الأعمال تلتزم بقواعد السلامة ومعايير الجودة
• الحصول على تصريح العمل (PTW) وإدارته لجميع المهام ذات الصلة
• التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة
• مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتحديد المشكلات المحتملة وتنفيذ الحلول
• إجراء عمليات تفتيش للموقع لضمان الامتثال لبروتوكول السلامة

المؤهلات:

• خبرة مثبتة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الإشراف المدني
• شهادة تصريح عمل ساري المفعول (PTW) من ALBA (يتطلب إثباتًا)
• فهم قوي لأساليب وممارسات البناء المدني
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية
