Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, contracting, and other sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and project managers.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales services.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of construction materials/building products.
Must have a valid Bahrain driving license and be willing to travel across the country.
Strong network and connections within construction/companies/other industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

Recruitment Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across various departments. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in LinkedIn headhunting, sourcing through job portals, and managing the full recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Bayt), referrals, and headhunting
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans in coordination with department heads
Conduct screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and negotiation processes
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards for management review
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and headhunting methods
Familiarity with ATS systems and various regional/international job portals
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in hiring for real estate, construction, or technical roles is a plus
