BIM Engineer - Electrical

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in electrical engineering with significant BIM involvement (strong BIM-focused graduates also considered).

Solid understanding of electrical design principles (power distribution, lighting, containment, low-current systems) and construction practices.

Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM 360/ACC, Solibri, or similar platforms is a plus.

Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and BIM best practices (e.g., ISO 19650).

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: experience with 4D/5D BIM, parametric electrical content creation, BMS integration, BIM certifications, or electrical analysis tools like ETAP or DIALux.

BIM Mechanical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage detailed BIM models for mechanical systems using Revit and other Autodesk tools.

Conduct clash detection with other disciplines (e.g., electrical, structural) and coordinate resolution efforts.

Generate accurate construction documents, including mechanical shop drawings, builders work drawings, and pipe spool drawings.

Collaborate with site teams to ensure models reflect actual site conditions, resolving queries with BIM data.

Prepare BIM reports, visualizations, and presentations for project teams and clients.

Support the development of as-built BIM models and manage information exchange with stakeholders.

Assist with model-based quantity take-offs and cost estimates for mechanical works.

المؤهلات:
