يُعلن منتجع 5 نجوم عن حاجته لتعيين منسق سكن مسؤول عن تشغيل وصيانة سكن الموظفين بكفاءة، وضمان بيئة آمنة ونظيفة ومريحة لجميع المقيمين.
المهام الوظيفية:
إدارة عمليات السكن اليومية وتخصيص الغرف للموظفين الجدد وإلغاء التخصيص للمغادرين.
إجراء فحوصات الغرف بالتنسيق مع قسم الموارد البشرية والأمن.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لجميع المقيمين وتوزيع الغرف.
التعامل مع طلبات الصيانة ومشاكل السكن اليومية.
تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة البسيطة في الكهرباء (مثل تغيير اللمبات، المفاتيح، الصناديق الكهربائية) والسباكة (مثل تسريب الحنفيات، انسداد المصارف، تسربات الأنابيب).
التنسيق مع قسم الهندسة في حال وجود أعطال كبيرة أو تتطلب صيانة متخصصة.
المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 3 سنوات في تنسيق سكن الموظفين أو إدارة المنشآت.
الأفضلية لمن لديه خبرة سابقة في سكن موظفي الفنادق أو المنتجعات.
معرفة عملية جيدة بأعمال الكهرباء والسباكة البسيطة أمر أساسي.
🔹 مطلوب مشرف موقع – منطقة الزلاق
نبحث عن مشرف موقع للإشراف على ممتلكاتنا في الزلاق.
الشروط:
متاح للعمل فورًا
الالتزام بالحضور للمقابلة في منطقة الزلاق
الراتب والمزايا:
180 دينار بحريني شهريًا
