Sales Engineer – Bahrain
We are a well-established company in Bahrain specializing in marble & granite, engineering solutions, and fabrication & installation. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to enhance production efficiency and drive sales by generating new orders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify, approach, and develop new clients across Bahrain
Generate leads and secure orders
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Production & Project Coordination
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
Monitor and optimize production activities for maximum efficiency
Coordinate between sales and production to align customer requirements with delivery schedules
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and key accounts
Provide technical support, product presentations, and after-sales service
Handle client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution
Reporting & Market Analysis
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities
Recommend strategies to boost production output and sales revenue
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field)
3–5 years’ proven experience in a Sales Engineer role (preferably in marble & granite)
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain production processes to clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license preferred

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال

تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية.
تمثيل الشركة في اجتماعات العملاء والمعارض والفعاليات الصناعية.
الإنتاج وتنسيق المشاريع
التعاون مع فريق الإنتاج لضمان تسليم الطلبات في الوقت المحدد.
مراقبة وتحسين أنشطة الإنتاج لتحقيق أقصى كفاءة.
التنسيق بين المبيعات والإنتاج لمواءمة متطلبات العملاء مع جداول التسليم.
إدارة علاقات العملاء
بناء والحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والعملاء الرئيسيين.
تقديم الدعم الفني، وعروض المنتجات، وخدمات ما بعد البيع.
التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء وضمان رضاهم طوال فترة تنفيذ المشروع.
التقارير وتحليل السوق
إعداد تقارير منتظمة للمبيعات والأداء للإدارة.
إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد الاتجاهات وأنشطة المنافسين والفرص.
تقديم توصيات لزيادة إنتاجية الشركة وإيرادات المبيعات.
المتطلبات والمؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة (ميكانيكية، مدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة).
خبرة مثبتة 3–5 سنوات في دور مهندس مبيعات (يفضل في الرخام والجرانيت).
معرفة تقنية قوية مع القدرة على شرح عمليات الإنتاج للعملاء.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض باللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة).
مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل ووفق أهداف محددة.
رخصة قيادة سارية للبحرين أو دول الخليج مفضلة.
